Bazgha Siddiqui MD, joined Southwest Infectious Disease Associates in 2016. Prior to that, she practiced infectious diseases in the Chicago Suburbs for 3 years. She is originally from Pakistan and obtained her M.D. from Dow Medical College in Karachi. She went on to post graduate training at University of Illinois Internal Medicine Program at Advocate Christ Medical Center, where she completed her Internal Medicine residency. Afterwards, she completed Infectious disease fellowship from University of Chicago. She is currently on Staff at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox and Amita Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet. Her clinical interests include HIV treatment and prevention, atypical Mycobacterial infections, endemic fungi , bone and joint infections and wound care. She is board certified in Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine.
