INFUSION CENTER
-
Our infusion center offers comprehensive infectious disease infusions with both
in-office and take-home infusion options (options vary based on patient insurance
coverage).
-
Our infusion nurse and specialized pharmacy team support patients throughout the
course of their infusion therapy - from infusion medications in-office to teaching
patients and caregivers how to use "self-administration" infusion pumps at home.
-
Our variety of infusion administration devices are designed to allow patients as
much flexibility and freedom as possible to return to normal day to day life.
-
Most patients will require only 1 to 3 infusion center visits per week, depending
on medication ordered.
-
In addition to providing infusible antibiotics, antivirals, antifungals and more, our office
will also:
- Complete insurance benefit investigation and up-front patient cost estimate for therapy.
- Routine lab draws and lab monitoring.
- Dressing changes and line maintenance.
- ID Physician follow up visits (coordinated with infusion center visits when possible).
